Payment Terms & Pricing Disclaimer

All pricing provided by PILCAP Studios is subject to change and may vary depending on the scope and specific requirements of each project. Quoted prices do not include additional expenses such as travel, equipment rental, permits, or other third-party costs, which will be billed separately as applicable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin pre-production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and prior to the final delivery of any materials. All invoices follow a Net 15 payment term.
